I’ve finished the Lego X-wing that I got for my birthday. They give you a mini figure and number plate so you be Red 5 (Luke) or Red 3 (Biggs), so I need to decide which one to be the pilot. Who would you choose, Oppo?

Go Biggs or go home.
(that is awesome btw)

It is. We have the first one the came out with a few years ago, but this one is much more accurate and to scale. It pushes all the buttons of my inner 10-year-old.

Easy. Get another set, one for each. It’ll be just like Beggar’s Canyon back home.

That thought had already crossed my mind. But then I’ll have to blow up the Biggs fighter. I’ve already got Darth’s TIE fighter.....

The answer is clear. Wedge. You can make the 5 look like a 2, right?

As much as I like Biggs as a cool dude, Luke is the only rebel pilot other ( than) Han in the original movies to show innovation or the ability to adapt. He’s actually a pilot instead of a drone who doesn’t understand that flying straight and steady is not how you “cover” someone. It’s just how you die lol.
Btw imma go with Luke in case that wasn’t clear

Not surprisingly, that’s a thing.

Even when I was 10, watching it in the theater in 1977, I said, “Why don’t they fly out of the trench and shoot Darth Vader?” That was stunningly bad strategy.
